Plamena Marinova

Plamena Marinova is a registered auditor and a certified public accountant (Diploma No. 662/2009) with the Institute of the Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria. She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Control from the University of Economics – Varna. She has gained over 15 years of experience in the audit of financial and non-financial undertakings, including in undertakings of public interest as part of the team of a leading audit company, including in the capacity as Managing Partner during January 2011 – February 2020.
She is a successful consultant in the area of corporate income tax, tax aspects of restructurings under the Commerce Act and international taxation. An interesting challenge for her is to prepare statements of claim against tax audit acts and to prepare strategies for challenging such acts.
Her greatest professional interest are the consolidated financial reports and audits of groups of companies.
Kremena Stoyanova
Assistant Auditor

Kremena Stoyanova has over 13 years of accounting experience in various areas of business such as trade, services, manufacture and insurance activity. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain (ACCA). She holds a Master’s Degree in Macro Economics and a Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Macro Economics from the UNWE. She handles with ease the international auditing standards and tax laws. Her professional priority is the managerial accounting – analyses, forecasts, budgeting. She successfully designs and implements systems for internal control.
Her main strength is her ability to find practical solutions which meet the needs of the business.
Irena Georgieva
Legal Consultant
Attorney-at-law Irena Georgieva has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2013. She has extensive practical experience in the area of commercial, company and substantive law, as well as in the area of capital markets and financial law.
In addition to holding a MA in Law, attorney-at-law Irena Georgieva also holds a degree in Accounting and Control. She used to work for a leading audit company which contributes to a more comprehensive legal analysis of the cases, taking into consideration their financial and accounting effect.
She has participated as consultant in numerous work groups related to legislative activity, which makes her professional expertise extremely useful for the needs of Integrity Audit.
Ivan Marinov
Risk Analyst
Ivan Marinov holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Sofia University. During the period of 2010 – 2017 he worked as Department Head of Risk Management in one of the largest managing companies in Bulgaria. He has experience as Technology Risk Manager in a commercial bank, where he implemented different types of risk models related to digital consumer financing. He is currently working as a financial actuary in an insurance company and he is also an independent consultant of Integrity Audit.
In addition to exact sciences and economics Ivan Marinov is also interested in new technologies and software engineering.
The company is in contractual and partnership relationship with highly qualified accountants, economists and lawyers.
